Biography

Crista Cloutier lives and works in the South of France as a writer, artist, and mentor to creative entrepreneurs.

Crista has been actively involved in the contemporary art world throughout her career. Having worked as a dealer, curator and gallerist, she’s produced award-winning documentary films and contributed her writing to newspapers, magazines, and major publishers such as Yale Press and Gallimard.

Crista has been named an "Influencer in the Contemporary Art World" by LinkedIn. Her art business files are now housed in the Archives for American Art at the Smithsonian Institute. And she’s an honorary fellow of the Royal Society of Art in the UK.

In 2014, Crista created The Working Artist, an online business course. Her work has helped artists in over 80 different countries to career success. She has coached creatives in other disciplines to also create the life and work they love.
